You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party, nor allow any other individual to access your Account on your behalf.
pb77 will never request your password via email, live chat or any unsolicited communication. If you receive such a request, you should treat it as a phishing attempt and report it immediately to [email protected].
If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify our support team immediately. pb77 shall not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your Account arising from your failure to maintain adequate credential security.
Payment methods accepted on the Platform are determined by the relevant Operator and may vary by user jurisdiction and account status. Pakistani users may find references to familiar local payment channels such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast and bank transfers via institutions such as HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah.

Availability, processing rules and limits are determined by each provider independently.
Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are determined by the Operator and the selected payment method. These limits are displayed at the time of deposit initiation. pb77 may implement additional deposit controls in accordance with our responsible gambling commitments.
Where deposits are made in PKR, currency conversion fees may apply depending on the payment processor. All amounts displayed on-platform will reflect the applicable currency at the time of transaction. Exchange rates and conversion fees are not controlled by pb77.

Bonus funds are not immediately withdrawable. pb77 shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, network failures, cyberattacks, regulatory changes or other events of force majeure.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Users in Pakistan should note that pb77 does not claim to be licensed, regulated or authorised under any Pakistani law, including but not limited to the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977, or any regulations issued by the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA) or the State Bank of Pakistan.
In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, we encourage you to contact us in the first instance at [email protected] so that we may seek to resolve the matter informally. Most enquiries can be resolved without formal proceedings.
If any provision of these Terms is held by a competent authority to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable to any extent, such provision shall be severed from the remaining provisions, which shall continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.
pb77 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. Updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date. Material changes may be communicated to registered users via the email address associated with their Account, although this is not guaranteed for every amendment.
